Scuba for Beginner Experiences
Always wanted to try Scuba for the first time! Well now is your chance! Whether you want to try it before you start the course, or if you just want to tick something off your bucket list. We have various experiences and sessions below. Our pool sessions are in pools that start from 0.9m deep to 3.1m and Liverpool Docks is a max of 2m deep. Come and join one of our amazing instructors in the water whilst we introduce you to the kit we use as divers, breathing under the water for the first time, the feeling of completely weightlessness and some essential scuba skills.

Beginner Experiences

Your first experience trying scuba for the very first time!
We will start off with setting you up on your e-learning to complete upon booking teaching you all the basic theory about diving
For the first 30 mins of your session, we will go over the theory as a recap and how the kit is set up and works, followed by an hour in the water with your instructor!
The following options are available
Monday – Ashton-in-Makerfield 20.00-21.00
Tuesday – Lymm 18.00-19.00
Wednesday – Speke 19.00-20.00
#scubainthecity Try Dives – Princes Dock
Min Age 12
Want to try something a bit different? Get a scuba selfie in front of the world famous Royal Liver Building? Already done a try dive in the pool and want to try something else?
Our #scubainthecity try dives will see you hit the docks for your session! The water at The Docks is part salt and part fresh water so you will have a bit more kit on than what you would in the pool.
We will firstly go through the kit on land with you and go through the safety briefing for the session along with what will happen.
You will then get in the water and practice breathing from the scuba unit under the water at your pace and learn some essential scuba skills
After this, we will take an underwater tour to see what marine life we can see! With loads of potential to see fish, crabs, clams and mussels with the rare sighting of catfish and eels!
Kids Explorers Club
Age : 8-12
Join in with our kids club, where we take part in a load of fun missions under the water!
You firstly need to purchase our Explorers club pack and digital learning which is £115 which can be purchased below
We have kids clubs running from all 3 pool nights, once every 3 weeks at each so there is plenty of choice where you would like to take part in the kids club!
Once purchased the Explorers Pack, we will contact you to talk about the different options. All our pool night sessions are as below:

Wednesday Night 19.00-20.00 Speke
You will also get an invite for our monthly kids club workshops / talks at the dive centre in Warrington!
